What do you get?

A pigshare is one eighth of a whole animal, butchered down into individually wrapped cuts. Customers can order one or more shares (or you can arrange to split a share with a friend). Because pork is much more expensive to rear and produce than lamb, we have decided to package each share as an eighth. Each eighth-share will cost £65.

Each share will be a ‘Pork Selection’ as this allows the butcher to supply decent size cuts. Bags will vary as to what cuts are actually in each bag but each will be approximately 5.5kgs in weight and provide a good variety, some including sausages.

We will put a photo of a typical share once we have one. As with the hogget, 5.5kgs will fit into a normal freezer drawer.
